Our traditional soft pretzel is a delicious twisted treat, made from pure simplicity and with no preservatives, additives, or oils. Dress it up sweet with our included cinnamon-sugar packets, make it savory with our salt packets, or make it your own recipe entirely (sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and asiago cheese, anyone?).

Each pretzel has 10 grams of protein and just 1.2 grams of fat -- no oil is added to the recipe. They make fantastic snacks for watching sports events.

After letting them thaw while the oven preheats, we lay them on a baking sheet and add pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese. They bake up bubbly and delicious, and my boys actually enjoy the messy challenge of eating them this way. As a mom, I appreciate that our pretzels are basically made out of wheat flour, water, and not much else -- it's a foundation for a meal or a snack that I feel good about."

Preparation Instructions:

Remove frozen pretzel from package, thaw pretzel until soft (approx. 20 minutes at room temperature).

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Conventional or Toaster Oven: Place pretzels on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 F (204 C) for 3 - 4 min.

Actual baking time will depend on the pretzel temperature, number of pretzels baked, oven air flow and oven temperature accuracy.

Microwave Oven: Place pretzels on microwave plate. Heat 30 seconds* on high. Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may need to be adjusted.

Shelf Life:

    * 1 year (unopened) in freezer from the date of production when stored at or below 0° F (-18° C).
    * 2 days (unopened) when thawed at room temperature, wrapped and stored in original packaging.
    * 1 day when thawed at room temperature and stored in our display or other container.
